Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Eligible Items

  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Boxers, briefs, socks and other intimate apparel
  • Items worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery

For hygiene reasons, all intimate garments are final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if we are unable to fulfil your order. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
