Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Nigeria Deliveries

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Deliveries

Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping availability and rates are determined at checkout based on your delivery location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the courier. We will gladly assist in tracking your package and resolving any shipping issues where possible.
